Based all over the world, Kate is a sound designer, mixer and composer whose foundation in filmmaking began at Moscow Film School.

She is now completing a BA in Music and Film & New Media at NYU Abu Dhabi, while sharpening my skill through Berklee Abu Dhabi’s Digital Music Production program.

Over the past few years, she interned with industry leaders. Kate’s experience includes ADR and Foley editing for award-winning sound designer Alexey Samodelko in Moscow, and podcast production in London (Cinema Sounds & Secrets) and Prague (PragueCast).

At NYU Abu Dhabi, Kate served as a Teaching Assistant for Immersive Audio Storytelling, guiding students through Pro Tools workflows and studio sessions. Kate is also part of Gazelien Records, where she recorded, mixed and mastered tracks set to release on major labels and projects.

Her work has been recognized through the Zayed Awards for Human Fraternity, through a Bloom Scholarship nomination, and at elections at film festivals in Sarajevo, Mumbai, Kathmandu and Texas.

Kate is fluent in Russian and English, with intermediate proficiency in French.
